At Oh for Cute Creations, every item is made to order just for you! 🎀 Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items ordered incorrectly or if you've changed your mind.

Damaged or Defective Items. We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll send you the correct one at no charge.

Order Cancellations Since production begins quickly after an order is placed, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
